This spring, we took a significant step forward on that journey. A unified user experience is something we’ve been working towards – and will continue to work on with commitment. We’re happy to hear that the new, unified My+ user interface has received a lot of positive feedback! As a builder of diagnostic information systems, we find it especially meaningful that the user experience of the system has even strengthened the sense of community among system users. That tells us we’re on the right path.

My+ History Data Service and AI pilot
Our new My+ History Data Service is built strongly on this data-driven foundation. It enables the customer to use extensive historical data from laboratory analytics as a seamless part of the expert’s daily sample handling workflow, assisted by artificial intelligence. The AI product development pilot for the My+ History Data Service confirmed our vision: the technology is now ready for a new era of diagnostics – one where AI can harness traditional point-based laboratory data and transform it into a value-added holistic view that effectively supports treatment decisions.
Our AI pilot was also very well received by experts in genetics – a field known for its large and complex data sets. According to their feedback, having genetic sample analytics data in a structured format in My+ enables genetics research data to be utilized even more effectively alongside data from other laboratory specialties, powered by AI.

We have renewed our data centre service solutions and moved towards a comprehensive capacity service model. New capacity service levels and our microservice architecture make it easy to scale My+ according to each organization’s needs, in a secure and modern way.
